Chicago Symphony cello auditions

Question

I believe all the prelims are over now for the CSO cello auditions - does anyone know how many people advanced to the finals? Any info about whether all the audition days used the same prelim list, and what the list was?

I was told the final was yesterday, and there was no hire.

You are correct We gotta get thru the Phila Orch cello aud (late Sept) before the Chicago cello aud (early/mid Oct)

I think finals for this and the violin audition are in October? I could be wrong though.
