Chelsea McFarland is the new 3rd horn in Philly after the conclusion of trials. She was previously acting 3rd horn in Atlanta.
New York Phil Principal was a no hire after no candidates advanced to the finals. 15 were in semis.
I’ve been told Florence Rousseau won Montreal. She studied at McGill.
