He has had one-years with St Louis, so this was for the tenure track position. Toronto is Associate as opposed to 2nd, and it's a trial at this point. The city (or country in this case) in which you live is very important to a lot of people, so there are a lot of reasons to keep going. Pretty impressive to have this level of sustained success in auditions. Congrats to Ryan!
